Payment due before or on Santa’s arrival. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event may
result in Client being held responsible for 50% of the total fee. Santa is expected to arrive on site a
minimum of 15 minutes prior to the event. Santa is not responsible for a late start due to unforeseen
traffic delays, extreme weather or any other circumstances beyond his control. Please notify Santa
regarding any special parking, rear entrance, special needs, etc.
